Floor and Sample Boards & Borders Plants Manager
Academic Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced English (must have).
- ISO 9000:2015 and ISO 14001 certified auditor preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events.
Work Experience:
- 8 years minimum as a Production Superintendent, Plant Manager or dealing and negotiating with clients.
- Experience with Manufacturing and Quality Systems, Improvement Projects, Standard Work Programs, Honor Roll, etc.
- Experience with Cost and Budgeting Systems.
- Experience in Logistics for handling and scheduling a wide variety of product types.
