Join lululemon as a Floor Lead and enhance our warehouse operations with your leadership skills. This role is focused on training staff from Thursday through Sunday on a contract basis.
As a Floor Lead, you will support Warehouse Associates and forklift drivers through real-time coaching and feedback, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate shipments. You'll also be responsible for training new hires and facilitating ongoing development, fostering a team-oriented, inclusive culture while solving operational challenges.
