You will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring impeccable service and maximum guest satisfaction, in line with the group’s high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily floor service.
- Lead, motivate, and train the front-of-house team.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to deliver a seamless experience.
- Manage reservations, shifts, and team objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the group’s operational standards.
The Profile We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Head Waiter.
- Language skills (English and French are highly valued).
