Job Description
Manage full floor operations across F&B and entertainment sections
Lead and supervise service staff, attendants, and cashiers during shifts
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and on-the-spot problem solving
Coordinate between kitchen, service team, and entertainment areas
Monitor crowd flow, reservations, and peak-time operations
Ensure safety procedures and operational guidelines are followed
Support upselling and revenue targets across all areas
Skills- Experience in restaurants, cafés, or entertainment venues
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-functional teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
