Monthly Salary: UP to $3000 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Multiple Locations
Working Hours: 48 Hours
Responsibilities and Duties:- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Drive outlet operations, sales performance, and business results for the assigned department
- Maintain consistency in product presentation, displays, and branding by ensuring products, menus, and marketing materials are in good condition and properly displayed
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering of supplies
- Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating staff
- Maintain compliance with company standards
- Maintain effective communication between internal departments and external customers
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Manager
