Role Summary:
A Floor Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities on the store floor. They ensure smooth operations, good customer service, and proper staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff working on the floor
- Ensure customers are attended to properly
- Handle customer complaints or issues
- Monitor product display and stock availability
- Maintain cleanliness and store standards
- Support sales targets and team performance
- Prepare daily reports and update the Store Manager
- Ensure staff follow company policies and discipline
