Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in core Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Footwear, or Lifestyle Retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales performance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall business pertormance across Fashion & Textile categories.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and implementation of promotional and seasonal displays.
