Job Description
1. 负责酒店客房楼层的日常运营与服务质量管理,统筹客房清洁、布草更换、设施维护及安全巡查工作;
2. 监督楼层服务人员(如楼层主管、客房服务员、行李员等)的服务规范执行,确保宾客入住、离店及在店期间服务响应及时、标准统一;
3. 处理楼层内宾客投诉与突发情况(如设备故障、客诉升级、安全隐患等),按酒店服务标准及时协调解决并上报;
4. 配合前厅部、客房部、工程部及安保部开展跨部门协作,保障客房周转效率、房态准确性及公共区域秩序;
5. 参与楼层员工排班、基础培训与绩效反馈,推动服务流程优化与质量持续提升。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年以上四星级及以上酒店客房部楼层主管或同等管理岗位工作经验;
3. 熟悉酒店客房运营标准(如OPERA系统操作、房态管理、清洁SOP、宾客隐私保护要求等),具备基本英语沟通能力;
4. 具备较强的服务意识、责任心与应急处理能力,能适应倒班及节假日工作安排;
5. 无传染病病原携带者限制性岗位禁忌,符合国家关于餐饮住宿行业从业人员健康要求。
