Job Description
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for supporting the store management team in providing outstanding leadership and ensuring operational excellence. They allocate time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and manage merchandise and visual principles. Additionally, they drive performance through store KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Store Manager regarding sales floor improvements.
- Ensure all customers are greeted and offered assistance promptly; staff should remain available and attentive.
- Monitor individual sales staff performance and report underperformance with suggested solutions to management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge within all allocated departments.
