Job Description
The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.
In this role, you will:
- To be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following procedures of the Company
- To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the goods
- To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to the purchasing team
- To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to the company's standard
- To ensure cleanliness of department area and store
- Promotes professionalism of staff in the retail operation department
- To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities is in good order
- To assist in proving on the job training for new and existing staff when required
