This role involves designing arrangements for everyday occasions, weddings, events, and custom orders, while also handling inventory, customer consultations, and daily shop maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Floral Design & Arrangement Create visually stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, weddings, corporate events).
Interpret customer needs and preferences to customize designs and bouquets.
Stay updated with floral trends and seasonal styles.
Customer Service Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with selection and purchase of flowers.
