Solid Flutter/Dart experience across mobile and desktop platforms (not mobile-only) Flutter desktop experience or working knowledge of .NET/C# and Linux/Unix environments Solid understanding of Flutter’s native state and UI architecture Experience building retail or POS-style front ends (sales, returns, inventory, operations) Ability to build offline-tolerant, resilient UIs for store environments Experience consuming backend APIs in unreliable network conditions Nice to Have Skills & Experience
