As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing customers with information about flydubai flights, making new bookings, modifying existing bookings, and issuing tickets. You will also collect cash, create daily sales reports, and ensure proper banking and reporting to the finance department. You will update the 'OK to board' message on SPRINT and stamp the visa copy in accordance with government regulations. You will coordinate with agency, reservation, group, and airport services departments to fulfill customer requests. You will also assist passengers impacted by flight disruptions or cancellations by facilitating rebooking. You will promote and sell ancillary products, such as UAE visa, insurance, and rent-a-car services, at the flydubai sales shop.
