- Execute the projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback on the insights gathered from the same.
- Set, Track, Measure and Coach the Distributor and the DSP towards success in covering the identified opportunities and ensure that the goal of the strategy is attained.
- Interact and work with Merch counterparts and third party agencies to ensure that set goals are achieved and set properly.
- Implement and controls the AR collection and submission of claims.
- Practices prudence in the implementing the approved budgets in the trade and ensure compliance in managing assets within their possession.
- Implement program, activities and directives that will control the returns ratio through effective Distributor management.
