General Manager FMCG
Lead and scale the FMCG division with full P&L accountability driving revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategy aligned with group objectives
- Drive revenue growth, market share and profitability
- Oversee sales, marketing, distribution and supply chain
- Expand modern trade and distribution networks
- Identify new business opportunities and product lines
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- 2025 years of experience in the FMCG sector including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong UAE market expertise
- Proven P&L management and growth track record
