At Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets, every guest steps into a local story. Set in the heart of the Adelaide Central Market, we’re Australia’s first Hotel Indigo—a boutique space built for curious travellers and locals alike.
With 145 design-led rooms, **Market & Meander (Modern Italian)** and our **Merrymaker Rooftop Bar** , we’re all about food, culture, and connection. We’re currently also hosting the immersive _Le Petit Chef_ dining experience—where storytelling takes centre stage (literally).
We’re looking for someone who brings great energy, loves people, and thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. This role will be a Part time Role at HIGA Level 3
