A prestigious luxury safari lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the lodge’s dining experience to exceptional five-star standards.Minimum requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Food and Beverage Management

  • 3 Years experience as an F and B Manager, Executive Chef, or similar senior hospitality role within a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine-dining environment

  • Previous luxury safari lodge experience highly advantageous

  • Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems

  • Strong understanding of South African and international cuisine trends

  • Experience with stock control, procurement, supplier management, and cost control
