Job Description
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with established standards and procedures. This role leads and develops outlet team members, maintains service quality, manages staffing and inventory requirements, and promptly addresses guest concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. The Outlet Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence while supporting the outlet's profitability and overall guest experience.
