Responsibilities
- Food Safety Orientation - Deliver engaging and informative food safety training sessions. Monitor and report pass rates of trainees.
- Training Manuals & SOP Compliance - Leads training programs focused on the brand specific procedures, expectations.
- Ensure Consistency Across Brand -Support multiple brand to maintain uniformity in brand representations.
- People Development- Identify and develop employees who can champion the brand within the organization.
- Team Collaboration & Support -Encourages teamwork by participating actively in team initiatives and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Support New Store Opening - Provides support during the launch of new stores, including staff training and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
