Overview
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders. Answer customer queries and provide product recommendations.
Order Management
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Food Preparation
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items.
- Ensure quality control standards are met.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
- Operate cash registers or POS systems.
- Process payments and provide accurate change.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry (an advantage but not required).
