RSA certification.Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and team leadership.Strong knowledge of Melbourne's food and beverage trends.Passionate about coffee and skilled in staff training and development.Excellent communication skills, capable of leading team briefings for up to 12 members.Well-groomed, and professional.
