Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, the Food & Beverage Manager supports directing the Food & Beverage strategy of the hotel while supporting the day-to-day tasks. The Food & Beverage Manager ensures the hotel service is true to the SLS brand by fostering a team culture in which its members feel empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for their workload and professional development.

• Drive revenue through strategic management of commercial initiatives with the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Take responsibility for the branding (in accordance with SLS’s brand), revenue and management of food & beverage colleagues in partnership with the food & beverage leaders.
