POSITION: Food & Beverage Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Director of Food & Beverage
FLSA STATUS: Part-time, Non-Exempt
Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a regular part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor at the Albuquerque Convention Center (ACC). The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing event day operations of the Albuquerque Convention Center and Albuquerque locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Ensures all F&B sets such as concessions and Banquets and designated Bar areas are properly set before guests arrive
+ Oversees F&B and Bar Staff during events
+ Trains Concessions, Banquet and Bar staff on department standards and procedures
