Responsbilties
+ Supervise daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
+ Lead and support colleagues during meal periods, shifts, and special events.
+ Ensure all guests are greeted and served in a professional, warm, and timely manner.
+ Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness, and overall outlet appearance.
+ Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability.
