Restaurant Operations (Flavor Box)
- Supervise daily dining operations and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow.
- Monitor inventory, control wastage, and assist in cost management.
- Prepare operational reports for Flavor Box sales performance.
