Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will provide leadership across multiple 1 Hotel Seattle outlets, including Banquets (Banquet Captain / Banquet Supervisor), Drift Lounge (floor supervision), In‐Room Dining, and La Loba Restaurant. Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate food & beverage staff across all outlets. Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational budgets for each outlet. Coordinate with other departments to align service delivery and hospitality standards.
