Qualifications
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Able to work alone and handle heavy and bulky goods 25kg-50kg. (i.e., rice, frozen meat, and seafood)
- Loading and unloading of goods for delivery
- Able to cut fresh seafood and frozen meat
- Able to work long hours
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources: maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
