What you'll do
- Develop formulations from scratch: pilot batches, experimental design, rapid iteration from concept to prototype
- Run physico-chemical characterisation (pH, aW, texture, colour, stability) and validation testing
- Own compliance: GMP, food safety, EU labelling and nutritional claims
- Work with production and co-manufacturers to make lab-scale formulas scalable
- Document everything rigorously your reports feed product decisions directly
