Job Scope- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to factory workers.
- Coordinate inventory of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Report production issues and recommend improvements to management.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
