About the job Food Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor attendance, activity implementation and performance evaluation.
- Conducts product demonstration and presentation, if needed.
- Check Daily Time Record (DTR), weekly liquidations, and revolving fund replenishment.
- Ensure completeness of hiring requirements.
- Train all direct reports and front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
- Ensures team compliance to agreed KPIs
- Establish an outstanding relationship with the principal
- Demonstrate good operational control and effective strategy implementation.
- Preparation of weekly or monthly reports, market situation, and other client requirements.
- Checking employee inventories needs and monitoring requisition.
