Food Quality Controller

We are hiring a strict and detail-oriented Quality Food Controller to manage the intake and safety of raw materials within our factory cold storage facility . You will be directly responsible for enforcing rigorous hygiene standards and ensuring full compliance with cold chain protocols.

• Raw Material Inspection – validate quality, temperature, and supplier documentation for all incoming raw ingredients.
• Cold Storage Control – monitor freezer and chiller temperatures daily and enforce FIFO/FEFO inventory rules.
• Hygiene and Safety – implement and monitor strict sanitation protocols and GMP compliance in refrigerated zones to prevent cross-contamination.
• Non-Conformance – tag, isolate and reject any temperature-abused or substandard raw materials.

2+ years of QC/QA experience specifically in a food manufacturing factory or cold chain facility.
