Job Purpose
To support ALS Technical Services by delivering 1st and 2nd party food safety audits, training, and consultancy services to food industry clients, while assisting the Senior Manager in technical coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Technical Services Delivery- Conduct 1st and 2nd party food safety audits (supplier, internal, gap assessments) against standards such as GFSI-aligned schemes, HACCP, GMP, hygiene, food safety management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Provide food safety and quality consultancy, including system development, improvement plans, and corrective action follow-up.
- Deliver food safety, HACCP, and GMP training (on-site or online) to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare clear, accurate professional audit reports, corrective action plans, technical summaries, and recommendations within agreed timelines.
