Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for regulatory review and compliance management related to Singapore and Malaysia food regulations, ensuring company products comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for product formulation review, evaluating the compliance and food safety risks of raw materials, additives, and ingredients used.
- Responsible for product packaging review, including label verification, nutrition information, marketing claims, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Conduct food safety risk assessments, identify potential risks, and provide improvement recommendations and preventive measures.
- Responsible for supplier audits and evaluations, reviewing suppliers' food safety management systems and production site compliance.
- Assist in establishing, updating, and maintaining food safety-related documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and records.
