Food Safety Microbiologist

BevCo in Durban is looking for an Operations professional to conduct microbiological sampling and analysis throughout the production process. The role encompasses ensuring compliance to food safety standards and maintaining exceptional hygiene practices.

The ideal candidate will require a National Diploma in Food and up to 3 years of experience in Technical FMCG operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential. The position also demands strong verbal communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
