Job Description
**This is a regular, Full-Time position at the Men's Recovery Center in Talihina | Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts (Wed, Thurs, Fri, and one weekend shift) | Pay: Paygrade 5, Hourly, Dependent upon cooking experience**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Cook 3 is an advanced experienced level and is responsible for the preparation for patients in a high-volume setting.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Prepare various ingredients to be cooked to include washing, chopping, slicing, and peeling of fruits and vegetables.
2. Cook food to include baking, broiling, frying, steaming, braising, and boiling; provides meals that are properly cooked, tasty and visually appealing; tastes foods before serving and provides garnishes for food plates.
