**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic **Food Service Manager 2** to assist with overseeing our dining operations at **St. Joseph Villa** in **Flourtown, Pennsylvania** . St. Joe's Villa is Catholic senior living community with over 300 retired sisters and lay residents. The Food Service Manager will be hands-on, moving from front of house to back of house. Typical shift is 10:00am - 6:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care.
**What You'll Do**
+ assist in overseeing daily front of house and back of house operations for one main dining room and 12 satellite dining areas;
+ ensure timeliness of meal delivery;
+ manage a front-of-house team of approximately 12 staff members;
