Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Joint Base Charleston Wrenwoods Golf Course. Must be physically able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand and walk, and frequently stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend for long periods of time Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Secures vegetables and washes, peels, slices, seeds, or mashes and delivers to kitchen for cooking. Prepares/slices, seasons and pans meat/chicken for frying/cooking. Sets up menu items for cooks. Wraps, arranges, and packages fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, salads and condiments for carry-out. Prepares special salads, fruit trays, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts to accommodate unique groups; such as, formal dining-ins, buffets, and receptions. Measures and mixes ingredients.
