Job Description
Performs a variety of duties that relates to the preparation and serving of patient food. Assist management in maintaining patient information and refrigerator/freezer temperature logs. Assists and leads others in keeping patient prep area clean. Establishes and maintains interpersonal relationship with patients, visitors and other hospital personnel, while assuring confidentiality of patient information.Essential Duties:
+ Assist Management in Recording refrigerator and freezer temperature logs and reports inappropriate temperatures to supervisor/manager.
+ Coordinates work flow/Sets up and serves patient trays in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
+ Verifies patient Kardex is filled out and complete compare to active diet list.
