Responsibilities Supervises NA-4 and/or NA-5 assigned personnel, establishes and approves work schedules, assigns work, trains employees, counsels employees, approves/disapproves leave, recommends commendatory/disciplinary actions, resolves employee problems. Informs employees on leave policy, price changes, portion controls and sanitation regulations. Orders foods and supplies to maintain proper operating levels.
