Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the BurgerFi and/or PF Changs at Tyndall AFB, FL. Responsibilities Under designated supervision, prepares and serves simple food and beverage. Operates kitchen equipment in a situation where set procedures are followed. Serves one or more items of food such as salads, meats, vegetables, pizza, grilled items, sandwiches, desserts, ice cream, beverage and replenishes food at serving stations. Receives payment, operates cash register, makes and returns change to patrons and prepares daily cash report and other related documentation. Answers the phone, able to take food orders as well as answer customer questions and articulate brand and menu knowledge. Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting slicing, dicing, pureeing, weighs measures and assembles ingredients for regular menu items; sets up and replenishes salad bar; portions foods for distribution and meal service, and c...
