- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the food services operations of the Keg Sudbury
- Develop, implement, and oversee kitchen procedures, menu planning, and food preparation methods in alignment with budgetary, nutritional, and quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen and dining room staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
- Hire, train, and manage food service and kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, placing orders and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment
