Job Description
Prepare daily food and beverages
Assist with replenishing and arranging food, drinks, packaging, cutlery to their assigned shelves/fridges.
Assist with setup, serving
Ensure that utensils and serving ware are cleaned/ sanitised and ready for use & serve food.
Clean/ sanitise work stations, assist with clearing rubbish and moving soiled dishes and cutlery for dishwashing.
Monitor temperature of beverage chillers and report any maintenance and repair.
Skills and Knowledge
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in catering/cafeteria operations at least 2 years
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene
Knowledge of Food Allergens
Able and willing to lift heavy items occasionally
Qualifications
WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 (minimum)
Salary from $3500-$6000
