Job Description
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in retail/supermarket and fuel operations
- Proven ability to lead and manage large, diverse teams
- Strong computer skills — MS Office, Excel, GSuite
- Familiarity with POS and operational platforms (e.g. ARCH, Winbranch or similar)
- Valid driver's licence
- Clear criminal record
- Experience in franchised QSRs, butchery, bakery or food service environments
- Exposure to major fuel brand operations
- Tertiary qualification or relevant industry certifications
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, extended shifts when required
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations across fuel, retail and food service
- Lead, develop and performance-manage a multi-disciplinary team
- Drive sales, GP and margin targets across all departments
- Control stock, shrinkage and inventory across all business units
