Our client is seeking a Foreign Exchange Teller to join the Port Elizabeth team, Servicing customers with holiday or business-related travel requirements in line with company procedures Process transactions on companies point of sale system whilst up selling and cross selling company product, service and digital channel offerings. Always provide excellent customer service to ensure customer retention, promoting the company as a trusted brand in the industry. Attend to customer queries promptly and perform the relevant escalations where required until resolved.
