- Working as an Associate lawyer on legal documentation, communicate with clients and others involved in the case both in Japanese and English
- Provide legal advice to clients who are interested in investment or doing business in Japan
- Prepare and draft legal documents including Restructuring/Insolvency, Labor dispute and other necessary documents
- Perform legal research
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- Support clients in legal matters mainly for Japanese clients with Singapore lawyers
Job Requirements
- Experience in M&A and General corporate Law
- Experience advising major Japanese corporations, financial institutions, and private equity clients
- As we have a large Japanese clientele base, we require a lawyer who can converse fluently in Japanese and possess a JLPT N1 written ability
