Summary You will serve as a Foreign Security Assistance and International Logistics Manager in the Plans and Policy Division, Code N5, of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET. Responsibilities You will serve as the Navy International Programs Officer (IPO) liaison for Navy commands in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility. You will apply analytical techniques to develop strategic plans and prepare briefings, information papers, and talking points for staff at conferences or meetings to support security cooperation efforts. You will evaluate current security cooperation plans, operations, and activities, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You will oversee the COMPACFLT Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, stay informed about FMS equipment, articles, and services, prepare correspondence for regional partner acquisitions, and submit target allocation requirements.
