Job Title: Foreman – Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend blueprints and shop drawings.
- Spearhead a team of field employees to ensure high efficiency.
- Perform steel stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceiling work.
- Schedule project workforce needs in collaboration with the Project Manager and report to the General Contractor.
- Lead safety meetings and conduct workplace assessments/inspections regularly.
- Champion daily administration such as timecards, field reports, schedule updates, and project team correspondence.
- Ensure quality standards are met and assist in managing the project Quality Control program, tracking deficiencies.
- Arrange deliveries and submit material requests.
- Complete daily reports using Plexxis and Salus applications.
- Perform Time and Materials work using EWA’s in the Site Supervisor app.
