A reputable School Transportation Company in Dubai is looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage drivers and fleet maintenance, and ensure smooth, safe, and timely school transport services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of drivers and transportation staff.
Schedule and coordinate daily school pick-ups and drop-offs.
Monitor driver attendance, performance, and behavior.
Ensure all vehicles are maintained and inspected regularly.
Handle emergency situations or delays with quick and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, maintenance, and complaints.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure full compliance with RTA and school transport guidelines.
Coordinate with school management and parents for any concerns.
