Overview
Foreman. Requires tried and tested experience as a fit-out/construction supervisor with thorough expertise in fit-out procedures, equipment, and OSH standards. Must be able to review drawings and plans, communicate effectively, and lead a team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate jobs according to priorities and project plans.
- Produce schedules and monitor team participation.
- Assign basic and daily responsibilities to workers and tradespeople.
- Manage and train workers and tradespeople.
- Ensure manpower and resources are sufficient to complete tasks.
- Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Oversee use of machinery and equipment.
