- Must have control over workshop
- Ensure that housekeeping is doen on a daily basis
- Handle all work in proses in trailer repair workshop
- Provide excellent pre and post sale service
- Ensure work is done on a daily basis
- To ensure work is completed in the quoted hours and delivery date as per quotation and as per agreed on with client
- Compiling of daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Evaluation of damaged trailers
- Build strong and sound customer relationships
- Liaise with clients and estimators on a daily basis to ensure proper planning
- Quality control on the work being done throughout repair
- Material inspection daily liaising with stores to ensure proper material planning
- Maintain discipline on the floor ad making sure that target is reached
